This training schedule is designed for women specifically, targeting full body but with focus on the glutes (butt) and legs. I designed these workout for females because the lower body is where we battle to shape and tone the most. The workouts in this plan are intense leg and butt busters and with the correct meal plan you will be sure to see amazing results.
